The location is really convenient, close to all attractions and the beach. The room was quite small, and at one point the bathroom had a moldy smell. Breakfast had a nice variety, including a cool pancake maker. I did wish the pool was cleaner; it looked a bit cloudy. Overall, not bad for the price.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly. Breakfast selection could be better, more hot options would help. We had issues with slow drains in the bathroom sink and shower.

I had a wonderful experience enjoying how close the beach was, being just a short 10-minute drive away, and I loved being a quick 20 minutes from family; with plenty of dining options and local attractions just a stroll away—including a grocery store and a great sushi restaurant—I couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and explore, though the hotel could improve its amenities for a more comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the mattress covers were stained on one of the beds, which was unfortunate. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool in the heat. Noise levels were generally low, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom could have been cleaner; there were signs of mold around the shower faucet. The pool was large, but its cleanliness needs improvement. With some attention to detail, this place could really shine. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests, contributing positively to the experience.

The room had potential. Clean surfaces and a pleasant layout were promising. the experience was marred by persistent odors of marijuana and cigarettes. Elevators would have been beneficial instead of navigating stairs. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast were highlights, but the pool's cleanliness left much to be desired. Staff accommodations were decent, yet interactions were inconsistent; some were helpful, while others seemed overwhelmed. Issues like unclean linens and an overly chlorinated pool detracted from the overall experience. Better attention to cleanliness and guest experience is crucial. For the price, the stay was lacking in quality. Improvements are needed to match expectations. Would consider again, but only if significant changes are made.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The continental breakfast was a nice perk; the kids loved the pancake maker. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the hallway carpets could use an update. One major drawback was the strong smell of marijuana in our room upon arrival, which lingered despite our requests for help. No elevator made lugging bags a hassle, and the noise from above was disturbing. Staff were friendly when we needed extra towels, though some interactions felt a bit off. Good for a short stay, but I wouldn't expect perfection.

Great location with clean rooms. Be aware, no lift and staff could be friendlier.

The breakfast hits the spot every morning. The location makes it easy to find the beach and local attractions.
The staff could use a lesson in customer service.

The bathroom was a disaster - hair in the tub, dirt all over the floor, and a terrible smell. I honestly felt uneasy using it. To top it off, the staff didn’t seem to care about cleanliness at all.

The room was clean; had a fridge and coffee machine. Pool was nice for the kids, they had fun swimming.
It wasn't budget-friendly, but it worked for our needs.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to many amenities and attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. Breakfast options were decent and helped kickstart the day. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. The well-kept grounds added to a pleasing ambiance.
The rooms need updating, with issues like inefficient air conditioning and cleanliness concerns. Inconsistencies with maintenance, such as broken bathroom counters and unclean walls, were noticeable.

The location was a win, right near the beach and convenient for exploring. The breakfast, although simple, was a quick and easy option to start the day. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep after a long day of adventures.
From the unclean room with hair in odd places to the unpleasant fridge odor, cleanliness was a letdown. The lack of an elevator made lugging luggage upstairs a hassle.

We hit up the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo with lions and monkeys, then on to The Wharf for go-karts! Mega fun for thrill-seekers like us.
Wish they had a rad rooftop bar for epic sunset views.

If you're looking for a fun family activity, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is a must, visit with over 300 animals to see, from lions and tigers to monkeys and macaws. For a relaxing time, consider checking out the Gulf Shores Golf Club and The Wharf. For some thrilling family fun, don't miss out on the go, karts and mini, golf at The Track Family Recreation Center!
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve by adding a children's play area for more family, friendly entertainment.

The beds were comfy, which is always a plus. But, there were some issues with the room that made our stay less than ideal. First off, the A/C didn't seem to cool the room as well as we'd have liked. We set it to 68, but it never quite reached that temperature. the bathroom floor felt kinda gross, so we had to lay a towel down to stand on. Not the most pleasant experience, to be honest. the room was spacious and had a nice breakfast spread. We appreciated the effort put into the breakfast offerings. there were some cleanliness issues that need addressing. The carpet had a damp, musty smell, and there seemed to be a lack of thorough cleaning in the room. the hotel's location meant we had to pass through a toll frequently, which got annoying after a while. On top of that, the thin walls made it hard to get a good night's sleep, as noise from neighboring rooms kept us up late. there were aspects of the stay that were enjoyable, like the breakfast and the comfortable beds. But, there were definite areas that needed improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness and noise levels. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to make future stays more pleasant.

Our stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with thick towels and cozy bed covers. The kitchenette was a convenient addition, and the pancake machine at breakfast was a hit. The location was convenient, not far from the beaches and with easy access to both Foley and the beach. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to swim. Parking was ample, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
Encountering a rude older lady at the front desk. We had made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, she claimed it had been cancelled.

Start my day with a continental breakfast, hit the beautiful Gulf beaches, work out at the fitness center, then enjoy the pool. Feel safe with all the safety features and close to cool attractions.
I love playing the elevator lottery every day, such a thrilling experience! .
